The Promptuarium
the storeroom
Save a verse, song or quote the moment it comes up. Find music that helps children memorize it. Then send each thing where it belongs.
How this works
- Save it. Type into the box below, tap what kind of thing it is, press Keep it.
- Find music for it. The Music tab lists albums and free YouTube playlists that sing Scripture word for word.
- Send it on. Songs go into your Songbook, quotes into your Florilegium, verses out as flashcards.
Albums and free videos that set Scripture, psalms and catechism to music — most of them word for word, which is what makes them good for memory work. Links go to each artist’s own store, Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube.
What are you looking for?
Which psalms have been set to music?
Every psalm, and whether somebody your household already listens to has recorded it. Tap a psalm to see who. A dashed square means the psalm falls inside an album's stated range but no track has been verified for it — the album's own page will settle it, and its link is in the list above.
About translations and copyright
The rights picture, stated once. Almost every scripture-memory album worth having is in a copyrighted translation — the Corner Room and Adam Zarn in the ESV, Charles Ciepiel in the NKJV, King Things partly in the NIV and CSB. That costs your family nothing: you may buy these, sing them, and memorize from them freely. It costs the product a great deal: the Word Hoard cannot ship that text. So this room stores references, links and rights — never the words. Jamie Soles is the exception worth noticing: he does not use a commercial translation at all, working instead from his own renderings and the Anglo-Genevan psalter, which makes his catalogue the only one here that could travel into a shipped product without a licence.
Pick where your saved things should go. The first two write straight into that room when you are signed in. The others make a file you can import somewhere else.

Nothing here is gone yet. Anything you take out of the basket waits seven days before it is thrown away for good, so a wrong tap costs you a tap back and nothing else.
